Our story
One grill, one standard
Cafe Cuisine began as a small counter on Street No. 2 with a short menu and a long queue. The menu grew. The standard didn't move.
Mughalpura has always fed people late. Railway workshop shifts, students walking back from UET, families finishing a long day — the neighbourhood needed a kitchen that stayed honest at midnight, not just at lunch.
That's the gap Cafe Cuisine set out to fill. We started with burgers and shawarma because they're the hardest things to get right when you're busy: the bun goes soggy, the chicken dries out, the sauce runs thin. Getting those two right forced us to build a kitchen that cooks to order, holds nothing back, and throws out anything that doesn't meet the mark.
Pizza, pasta and sandwiches came later, added only once we could make them as well as the things we started with. Today a 4.8-star rating on Google and a dining room full of repeat families are the only marketing we've ever really needed.

What we stand on
Four things we don't negotiate
Fresh, not frozen-and-forgotten
Vegetables are prepped daily, chicken and beef are marinated in-house, and dough is proved on site. Nothing arrives at the table reheated.
Halal, sourced locally
We buy from suppliers within Lahore that we've worked with from the beginning, so we can trace and check every delivery ourselves.
Priced for the neighbourhood
This is a family restaurant, not a fine-dining room. Portions are generous and prices are set so a family of four can eat here on a weeknight.
Open when you need us
Late shifts, exam nights, post-match hunger. Our doors stay open until 2 AM every single day of the week.
